Dining with Bon Appétit

The following stations are common to all house dining facilities:


Our breakfasts include fresh and light options to start the day or heartier offerings for those who savor the morning meal. Everything is wholesome and freshly made, so it’s easy for guests to make choices that will provide a nutritious jump-start to a busy day. Low fat dairy options are available at every station.

Menu options include:

• Cold cereal buffet accompanied by seasonal fruit and yogurt with nutritious toppings like raisins, dried cranberries, and chopped nuts or hot cereal with cinnamon, sugar and dried fruit mix.

• Warm house-made muffins including some appropriate for special diets, crowned with goodies like citrus zest, oats, and pecans and toast bar with fresh breads and bagels served with jams, marmalades, peanut butter, and plain or flavored cream cheeses.

• Egg scrambles and French toast with accompaniments like smoked bacon, chicken apple sausage links and two kinds of potatoes.

• Freshly ground and just-brewed coffee alongside an impressive selection of fine teas.

Salad Bar

Our salad bar embodies our Farm to Fork concept, with seasonal, fresh, and local ingredients and house-made dressings. House-baked or artisan bread selections are always available to accompany your salad.

The Salad Bar offers a wide assortment of freshly harvested produce for guests to create their own salads, including seasonal vegetables like roasted corn, heirloom tomatoes, grilled asparagus, marinated celery roots, and herb-steamed potatoes.

Many of these items are grown and harvested with care by local farmers.

The Salad Bar also offers several composed seasonal salads such as Summer Vegetables in Balsamic Vinaigrette, Roasted Yams with Fennel Dressing, or Barley with Roasted Beets and Toasted Walnuts in a Lemon-Tahini Dressing. In addition, Bon Appétit chefs make our salad dressings from scratch and low fat and low calorie options are always available.


We make all our soups from scratch, including the stock, daily. We believe that’s the only way to achieve the deep, soul-satisfying layers of flavor that a good bowl of soup provides. Whether you love a hearty bowl of chili, a light and healthy summer minestrone, or a comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup, you’ll find a favorite every season of the year. Flavorful garnishes like grated cheese, croutons, pita chips or fresh herbs are available alongside the soup.


Here’s where you’ll find American Regional Classics. The foods we grew up on, the foods that comfort us, the foods our grandmothers and mothers made. When Bon Appétit guests have a longing for the familiar or need a little comfortable reassurance, this is where they come. Casseroles, roasted meats, favorite vegetable sides—all are nourishing, hearty meals of traditional American cuisine.


Our pure station emphasizes healthful, whole food vegetarian cuisine. Meals are prepared with the freshest produce (organic whenever possible), soy products, legumes, whole grains, herbs, and spices in a sustainable, nut free and celiac friendly manner. Through our Farm to Fork initiative, we partner with local growers and producers to ensure the ingredients we begin with are at their peak flavor, freshness, and nutritional value.

We take great care to ensure that our vegan/vegetarian creations remain unique and exciting. We also include vegetarian/vegan dishes in all aspects of our menus, from soups to salads to entrées, and even desserts.


There’s always room for dessert, and our delicious creations are either made in-house or by talented local artisans. They only contain real ingredients like whole grain flour, sugar, butter, and fresh eggs. No additives, preservatives, or unhealthy trans fats.
